Michigan firearm deer season starts this Saturday (11/15) Ride with an abundance of caution, or take a little break.

We get fifty weeks of the year to enjoy our time in the woods — now it’s the hunters’ turn for their two! 🦌

During rifle season, it’s best to stick to trails like Avalanche Preserve, which sits safely within city limits, or trails on conservancy property that are off-limits to hunting.

Avalanche Preserve – Boyne City
Offield Family Viewlands – Harbor Springs
Brown’s Creek – East Jordan
