What does it take to turn an idea into a finished project? Sometimes it’s the tools and materials made possible through the generosity of our community. ❤️🖤
Maya designed this beautiful metal sign using SolidWorks 3D modeling software and then brought her design to life on the CNC plasma cutter at Boyertown Area Senior High School.
What makes this project even more special is the lasting impact of Foundation grants. The steel used to create the sign was purchased through the Foundation’s Light the Way! grant, while the gray Wilton vise securing the project was purchased through one of the earliest grants awarded at BASH nearly 10 years ago through Weld It!.
This project is a perfect example of how Foundation-funded resources continue to benefit students year after year, providing hands-on learning experiences that help transform creativity into real-world skills.
Thank you to our donors and supporters for investing in opportunities that empower Boyertown students to design, create, and succeed!
