Executive Director/Instructor Marjorie Youngs, M.Ed., Special Education, is a PATH certified advanced instructor and Mentor with more than 30 years of experience in the therapeutic riding industry. BRCTH employs three additional certified Instructors who teach on weekdays and on Saturdays. BRCTH currently has more than twenty-five active lesson volunteers who participate in hands on equine activities with our students. We are also supported by volunteers who participate in administrative, fundraising, and community awareness programs. BRCTH funds its operations through individual and corporate in-kind and monetary donations, civic and foundation grants, fundraising events and student tuition.

While our search continues for a more permanent site, BRCTH will be providing services this fall at Cedarwood Farm in White Post, VA. We are scheduling an Orientation for New Lesson Volunteers this Weds at 6:00 at the farm. If you are interested but cannot attend, please contact us and we will come up with an alternative for you.
