We have more money for the Hill County Electric Assistance Program. The Energy Program will be at the Rocky Boy Senior Center on June 29th! Must be LIHEAP approved to qualify for this program.

It is with extremely heavy hearts we share the passing of a respected Tribal Councilman, Ethan Broncho. He served as the Chairman of the Chippewa Cree Housing Authority Board of Directors, a proud leader, and most importantly, a man who truly loved his people and community.

Ethan dedicated so much of his life to helping others and working to make a difference for the community he cared so deeply about. As a council men he led with strength, compassion, and humility, always wanting what was best for the people. His voice, leadership, and presence carried meaning, and the impact he made will continue to be felt for generations.

Outside of his leadership roles, Ethan was someone who brought warmth and laughter wherever he went. Many of us will remember seeing him at the fitness center, working out, joking around, encouraging others, and simply being himself. He loved golfing, spending time with friends and family, and sharing moments that brought people together. Those everyday memories are the ones that now mean even more.

Today, our hearts especially go out to the TopSky and Broncho families an all of the community of Rocky Boy. Ethan was deeply respected, genuinely loved, and will be missed more than words can express.

In honor of Ethan; we will be closed Friday, May 29th, 2026. As we will have maintenance on call.

Thank you for your leadership, your kindness, your humor, and the love you showed your people. Your legacy will forever remain in our hearts and throughout this community.
