Stuff The Bus Foundation of SOKY Learn more about the Stuff the Bus of SOKY Foundation at www.StuffTheBusKY.com 🚌💙 This past year, six school buses were filled to the brim with donations.

Each year community members come together to provide everything from basic school supplies to sports equipment, food and clothing to tremendous monetary donations, all used to help area children and the schools they attend. This incredible success is greatly due to the efforts of radio personality Tony Rose to champion this worthwhile cause. Each year he raises major awareness for Stuff the Bus and is now inseparably tied to the heartwarming event. Like so much of the community, he understands the importance of this outpouring of compassion, which is the true definition of this event. Stuff the Bus has continued to grow each year since it began 16 years ago. It has provided for school-age children all the way from kindergarten through high school, often helping the same children each year. Tony, as well as many community members, realized the educational dream should not stop at a high school diploma. This group of dedicated individuals recognized the need for a next step that would serve students as they pursued higher education opportunities.

Mrs. Marsh and Mrs. Bridget's Preschool class at Olmstead Elementary School in Logan County created this giant polka-dot pumpkin doorway for Stuffy’s Spooktacular Door Giveaway!

The class project, titled “Special in Every Spot,” led students in practicing their drawing, painting and scissor skills by creating their very own "bumpy & spotted" pumpkins to grow in the "Patch of Uniqueness” after they read The Bumpy Pumpkin by Natalie Horseman. 🎃

The preschoolers “learned that we may look different, have different strengths, and have our own special qualities, but each of us is wonderful in our own way. Our bumps, spots, and differences are what make us special! We celebrate what makes each of us unique because there is no one else quite like you.”
