A dear friend sent this to me today and said she thought of Dolly reading to the babies. 🩷 Wherever they are today, i have no doubt she is there with a book in hand with that big smile and personality.

HEAVEN — All of heaven's children began receiving one free book per month Tuesday, a benefit that took effect within an hour of founder Dolly Parton's arrival at the gates. The first delivery, "The Little Engine That Could," extends a 31-year record of more than 300 million free books mailed to children in five countries, with heaven now listed as the program's sixth service area.
Mrs. Heart, who manages the records office at the gates, confirmed that the program's usual graduation at age five has been waived, as no angel here ages out. Milo, 5, among the first to receive his book, said the new story time volunteer "did all the voices, even the mountain," and even read his favorite part twice.
Dolly is expected to lead story time personally from now on, effective immediately. Enrollment required no paperwork at all, as every angel's name was already written down. Eyes On Meme reports that Dolly has had a big impact on former students and now with two daughters, still benefitting from her philanthropy. May she rest in peace.
