I look forward to our annual Economic Development meetings with local industry leaders in the community. These visits provide me the opportunity to learn more about the successes, challenges, and future initiatives planned for some of our larger facilities in the community.

Our most recent visit was with Williams Industrial. This family run business makes industrial furnaces and business is booming there! I appreciate their warm welcome and look forward to their continued success in Bowling Green!

Our Bowling Green Ohio location was awarded Business Partner of the Year by Northwest Ohio Tech Prep. It is our honor to accept this award on behalf of all those that have contributed to the workforce development initiative between Penta Career Center, Millstream Career Center and Rosenboom.

Northwest Ohio Tech Prep awarded Rosenboom as Business Partner of the Year! Rosenboom made extraordinary efforts in connecting their business with education to offer opportunities to students to gain real world experience in the manufacturing world to assist in their early career exploration, work-based learning opportunities, and early employment and training. Rosenboom works with teachers, parents, and the community to lead students toward successful careers.

Show your love for your favorite local human services nonprofit by nominating it to win up to $5,000 in energy efficiency improvements from Efficiency Smart!
Here’s how:
1. Comment on this post with the name and town of your favorite local human services nonprofit by 11:59 PM EST on February 16, 2022.
2. We will select three nonprofits from the submissions as finalist and hold a vote in March.
3. The nonprofit with the most votes will win up to $5,000 towards energy efficiency improvements.
4. Only human services nonprofit organizations that are customers of a participating electric utility are eligible. Some examples of eligible organizations providing critical human services include emergency assistance organizations, food pantries, domestic violence shelters, disaster relief shelters, youth services agencies, agencies serving those with developmental disabilities, and senior services agencies.
