Our Grief Support Group begins meeting tomorrow, Wednesday the 13th of July.
We have long prepared for this and are excited to offer this vital resource to our community. Anyone interested can register at the door. Just come on. If you cannot start with the first meeting, that is okay each meeting is self-contained and we can bring you in whenever you are ready.

We are beginning our GriefShare support group on Wednesday, July 13th. We will meet from 10:00 Am till 12 Noon. At Carmel United Methodist Church in the Fellowship Hall.

— You Don’t Just Lose Someone Once —

You lose them over and over,
sometimes many times a day.
When the loss, momentarily forgotten,
creeps up,
and attacks you from behind.
Fresh waves of grief as the realization hits home,
they are gone.
Again.

You don’t just lose someone once,
you lose them every time you open your eyes to a new dawn,
and as you awaken,
so does your memory,
so does the jolting bolt of lightning that rips into your heart,

Losing someone is a journey,
