Play smarter not harder. 💯

Coaches don't endure the surgery or recovery or physical therapy. 🤢☠️

Players and parents do. 🤟

Protect your young women, serve their spirit before serving an ego or suffering a "win" for a hunk of metal (trophy, ring, medal, etc) 🤭😬





Winning ain't winning if you need surgery after.
