The Mystic Arts Association is a small group of local artists and businesses that have banded together for community outreach through events and classes. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment to learn and explore different aspects of Art & Culture.

Dear Friends & Supporters,

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for our absence since the last event. We know many of you have been wondering what’s next for The Mystic Arts Association, and we deeply appreciate your patience as we’ve taken time to reflect and reassess our mission.

We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of the incredible vendors, volunteers, and community members who have supported us over the years. Your dedication, creativity, and passion have made TMAA what it is today, and we are endlessly thankful for each and every one of you.

During this period of transition, some of our board members have stepped away, and we are incredibly grateful for their contributions. As we look to the future, we’ve made the decision to step away from hosting workshops and maker spaces. With so many wonderful local organizations now providing these resources, we feel our energy is best spent elsewhere.

Moving forward, TMAA will be solely dedicated to providing a platform for new and unusual artists to showcase and sell their work through local events.

As we take this time to refine our vision and create an even stronger foundation, we will be pausing events for 2025 to focus on how we can best serve our community as an event platform. Our goal is to return in 2026 with fresh ideas, exciting projects, and new opportunities to uplift artists and provide incredible experiences for all of you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this journey with us. We can’t wait to share what’s next, and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2026!

Spooky Pride Prom is a fun event geared toward the younger folks (BG Teen through Gen Q ages) on BG Pride weekend! It will be from 7-10pm Friday, Oct. 25 at Molotov Skate Shop. We'll have Mystic Arts Association arts & crafts vendors and tarot readings, Matthew 25 with info and freebies, plus a live set from local band Lemonade!

This is a no smoke/vape/drugs/alcohol/etc. event.

Hey everyone!

If you are a Mystic member trying to reach our website, it is currently down. We are in the process of getting things fixed and updated.

As we are currently short staffed, it is taking a bit longer then originally expected. We will hopefully have it back up and running soon.

The parent support group offered through is starting soon! Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 6-7:30pm will be the first meeting at The Higgins Center. This is a free group to attend and is a great opportunity for parents of LGBTQ+ children of all ages to process thoughts and feelings and to learn and grow in safe and supportive community!

🎃🏳️‍🌈 BG Pride weekend and AND spooky season?! SOKY Alliance is hosting a Spooky Pride Prom for LGBTQ+ young folx and allies ages 13+ from 7-10pm on Friday, October 25 at Molotov Skate Shop at 425 College St.

There will be music, dancing, concessions, and a quieter space with vendors and activities.

Come dressed in costume, dressed in your finest prom attire, or dressed exactly as you are.
