Dear Family and Friends,

I was actively engaged in the democratic revolutions of Nepal. In the USA also I am guided by the same democratic principles, and continuously working in the social sector. My objective will be to correct the mistakes and confusions that we had in the past. I will dedicate myself for the future programs and projects that NRN wants to conduct. NRN should form a unit focused in business and it should try to play a key role in motivating our fellow Nepalese towards entrepreneurship and support them to explore new business opportunities.
• There are various organizations related to our community and NRN should take lead and function as an umbrella organization.
• NRN should identify the places in the USA where majority of Nepalese are living and should open Nepalese community schools for the young generation so that they are always attached to their culture and identity. These schools not only should focus on language but an overall Nepalese culture and traditions.
• Nepal is a highly diverse and multicultural country and our true identity will only be revealed when we try to come up with a plan to showcase our diverse ethnicity. NRN should focus on constructing temples, monasteries and an ethnographic museum that can reflect the whole Nepalese culture and traditions in the USA.
• NRN should be key place and a point of contact to all inbound Nepalese who arrive in the USA to live a new life. NRN should try to form its sub-branches in all possible states where large Nepali population is residing and counsel, motivate and help them as they try to find a place to live and work.
• Many Nepalese who come here are students, they are young and many of them leave their home and family for the first time. When they arrive here sometimes they find themselves in difficult situations, NRN should also function as a primary point of contact for all those students and try to boost their morale as a guardian.

I am committed to serve the Nepalese community residing in the USA and to fulfill these objectives I believe NRN is an ideal place to contribute my services to our community; so I would like to request your support for my candidacy of Vice President NRN.

I kindly request my family and friends to register as a NRN member and vote for me on June. Voting will be done online in June and I anticipate your support in electing me as the new Vice President of NRN USA.
