This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives defending our nation, our values, and the freedoms we cherish.

Freedom is never free. It is purchased with the blood of patriots who answered the call, stood in the gap, and made the ultimate sacrifice so we can live in the greatest nation on earth.

From the battlefields of our founding to the conflicts of today, generations of American heroes have laid down their lives for liberty. They left behind families and futures so we could enjoy ours. Their courage and devotion must never be forgotten.

I am honoring their memory by flying our flag high, praying for all families, and teaching our children that freedom is not free. Memorial Day is more than a holiday. It is a sacred time of remembrance and gratitude.

We owe a debt we can never repay. We honor it by defending the freedoms they died to protect and living as citizens worthy of their sacrifice.

May God bless the families of our fallen heroes and the children they left behind. May God bless those still serving in uniform today. And may God continue to bless the United States of America.

This Memorial Day, please join us in taking a moment to remember, reflect, and give thanks for those who gave all.
