The Empty Road
Every old North Texas town has that road.
The one locals don't talk about after dark.
The story goes that years ago, a man disappeared somewhere along it. No body. No explanation. Just his truck, found sitting beside the road with the driver's door wide open.
Some say if you drive past after midnight, you can still see headlights behind you.
But when you turn around…
Nobody's there.
