Camp MOSH

Camp MOSH Camp M*O*S*H, which stands for Maternity Outreach Service for Humanity is a group of adult and teen volunteers who believe in building a better community.

MOSH 2019 will be held July 28th - August 2nd This page is to communicate with volunteers and donors important information regarding our program. Camp MOSH is a volunteer outreach program designed to give a "hand-up" as opposed to a "hand-out" to those in our community who need a little help. This program is a 6 day experience where volunteers (teens and adults) build a sense of community right he

re in Kankakee County. Volunteers perform such service project work as home repairs, painting, yardwork, tileing, babysitting, cleaning, etc. Individuals or local non-profit agencies needing help must complete a work application form to be submitted to our committee for approval. Once accepted, a crew of volunteers show up during the week of Camp MOSH to complete the project. Over 50 individual projects are performed during the week of Camp MOSH.

Camp MOSH Volunteers:
If you have any changes to your original schedule, please let us know tonight during the mandatory check-in at 5:00pm. We’re happy to accommodate.

Additionally, throughout the week, you can inform our check-in volunteers each morning of any updates—such as late arrivals, early departures, for appointments (dental, medical, etc.).
