OPERATION SAFE SIDEWALKS

Summerfield residents please help us by supporting our clean sidewalks initiative to make our community safer to navigate this winter. So join us in grabbing a shovel and cleaning off those snow covered walkways around your homes. This initiative not only benefits you, your friends, family, and neighbors but also your food, mail and package delivery drivers. If that’s not a good enough reason then just do it for the kids!. They are what matters most in this community!

Thank you from your,

Summerfield of Bradley HOA Board of Directors

Thank you so much for all those that came out last evening for a long overdue HOA meeting. I hope the meeting answered many questions though our guest real estate lawyer, Jon Georgis and our discussion time.

We are excited to announce the newly elected Board of Directors for our Association. The new energy, ideas, and perspective is a welcomed change to the future of our subdivision.
If you don't know these folks, get to know them.

Brian Cunning - President
Andy Grzesiakowski - Vice President
Amy Smith - Secretary
Bob Hausner - Treasurer

The biggest take away from our meeting last night is we want community, and we all value our homes and those around us. As we move forward we hope that everyone will do their part in creating a stronger & better Summerfield of Bradley!

Thank you for your support as we have served on the HOA board for many years. We are exciting to step in to this new season of growing together.

We reached out to the Village of Bradley for more information on the planned park. Well, there is actually TWO parks planned in our neighborhood. Attached is the plat of land that has been designated for the parks as the subdivision fills in.

The smaller park “A” is the park they will be designing this spring and hopefully constructed this summer to fall of 2025.

If you have any questions or concerns, bring them with you to the meeting and we can forward them to the Village.

Heads up to those who travel this stretch. Plan an alternate route? ⚠️🛑

Sounds like some good news may finally be on the horizon for our neighborhood!

BRADLEY — With the redevelopment of Lil’s Park complete and two others nearly finished, Bradley leadership is turning to three more.

For those of that may be wondering about all the decorative flags in our neighborhood, here is the scoop from the Public Works Dept.

The flags out here in our area are for two different projects going on. There is a project for our sewer system, and then there is going to be some new fiber going in. (I think) Internet Fiber is the company putting it down all across Bradley Bourbonnais & Kankakee, I know it's an inconvenience, but please leave them in until we are notified they can be removed. Thank you!
