✨Meet Us Monday: Cody Stiverson ✨

Meet Cody Stiverson, a proud Air Force Veteran and Salute Colorado Alumni.

After serving 26 years in the Air Force, Cody transitioned into the civilian workforce and began exploring what his next chapter would look like. Through Salute Colorado, he found a community that helped him recognize the value of his military experience, build confidence in his career transition, and create meaningful new connections.

Today, Cody is building a startup business and continues to use the skills, relationships, and networking opportunities he gained through Salute Colorado. He also gives back by sharing his experiences with others who are navigating their own transitions.

His advice for veterans entering a new career?

"Starting a new career after the military is challenging, but it is absolutely achievable."

And if you've ever met Cody, you've probably heard one of his stories. Just remember that according to Cody, he's the world's best storyteller... and many of his stories are true. 😄

Our Salute Colorado COS Networking Night is TONIGHT May 13th from 4:30–6:30 PM at Red Leg Brewing Company!

This is one of our favorite ways to connect with the community outside of formal programming. Whether you’re a Veteran, supporter, mentor, military spouse, or someone looking to get more involved, we’d love to meet you.

Come hang out with Veterans, Salute Colorado staff, alumni, mentors, and community supporters while enjoying a relaxed evening together.

✨ Meet Us Monday – Noah Madison ✨

Meet Noah Madison — supportive civilian, Salute Colorado volunteer, presenter, and career connector with a passion for helping others find meaningful opportunities.

As a Partner with Sheer Velocity, Noah has spent years helping individuals navigate career transitions and organizations build strong leadership teams. His passion for service is rooted in family ties to the military, including a father who served as a Green Beret Medic in Vietnam and two grandfathers who served during WWII.

Noah continues to support the Salute Colorado community by sharing career insights, encouraging networking, and helping veterans recognize the value they bring into the workforce.

One piece of advice that shaped his career journey:
“Being open to conversations and opportunities that may take your career in totally different directions.”

And yes… he once ran with the bulls in Pamplona. 🐂
