1. Create a 3 block "EcoDistrict" on North St. between 6th and 9th
2. Help develop many units of deed restricted or rent moderated hous

ing at Alpine Balsam site (former B*H hospital)
3. Advocate to legalize the ability for neighborhoods and businesses to provide beautiful, energy efficient housing especially to bring back many of the 60,000 teachers, other public employees and other workers currently commuting in (which could reduce traffic and pollution!) to Boulder.
