Here is the lunch menu for the Timberline BHC Sept 2026 Speciality:
Box lunches by Magic Food Bus will be delivered ringside.

Sandwich choices:
*Turkey & Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and cranberry mayo on whole grain bread.
*Curry Chicken Salad with celery and grapes on a croissant.
*Caprese (vegetarian), fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, basil leaves and balsamic glaze on a baguette roll.
*Roast Beef & Cheddar with horseradish aioli caramelized onions on a Ciabatta roll.
*Mediterranean Veggie Wrap (vegetarian) hummus, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives and mixed greens in a whole wheat wrap.

Choose one side.
Potato Chips
Garden Salad (spring mix with cucumber, carrot, tomato, croutons, cheese, dressing).

Dessert:
Basset Hound cake

Beverages, plates, napkins and cutlery will be provided.
