Last week local triathlete, Ben Nelson, volunteered to push David during "The Abilites 5k" with AiT. Not only did they have a great time, they won! (overall)

It's not about winning, it's about having fun and giving others a chance they normally wouldn't get. David got that chance, and then racked up his first win in the process! :)

Ben is the kinda person who would never tell anyone that they won. Which is exactly why we are posting this! ;) Thanks for sharing your talent with AiT, Ben!

Some of the reasons why Alex and I wanted to start the EP is to: give back on many levels, collaborate ideas and values, and hopefully inspire a few people along the way...

Any endurance event one chooses to do is a lot of me time spent training and racing; especially if you aren't getting paid to do it! If we were to continue with these crazy pastimes, we wanted to have a purpose greater than ourselves. This is the start of it...
