As the shock settles, I invite you to make space for the emotions that arise - all the anger and pain, disappointment and grief.
Don't jump to fear, if you can help it.
Try to find the feelings that exist in this present moment and let them be seen.
They are real and valid and the first step towards finding our way forward.

Reach out and connect with your people. Find solace in your journal or a walk in the woods.
