“I pump up my vegan brain with 750mg of algae derived omega-3 EPA and DHA every day. I also add ground flax seeds and nutritional yeast to up any meal at home or elsewhere that might need more omega-3-fatty-acid ALA, B vitamins and protein. Rocking the greens, beans, nuts, fruit, veggies, onions and mushrooms. I make sure to get a little extra iodine [150 mcg], vitamin D3, zinc, and iron too.
