Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes Each year, the Barron Prize honors 25 inspiring, public-spirited young people chosen from hundreds of applicants from across North America.

The Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes annually honors 25 outstanding young leaders ages 8 to 18 who have made a significant positive impact on people, their communities, and the environment. Many have focused on helping their communities and fellow beings; many others have focused on protecting the health and sustainability of the environment. merica. They are female and male, urban and rural, and from many backgrounds. The winners of the Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes are outstanding young leaders who have made a significant positive difference to people and the environment.
