A conservative dark money group based in Ohio has dropped $2.2 million on a Colorado measure that, if passed by voters, would significantly tighten requirements for mail ballots.

Welcome back to our regular Member Meetings!
We’re gearing up for an especially important session, and we don’t want you to miss it. With 16 ballot measures on the November ballot, this month’s program will help you cut through the noise and understand what each proposal means for Boulder County and Colorado.

We’ll be hearing from speakers on several key initiatives, including:

Big Tent Initiative — expanding the Board of County Commissioners to five

Early Childhood Tax Initiative

Boulder County Immigration Protection Team — discussing the immigration‑related measure

Additional measures as confirmations come in

If you’ve been meaning to get a clearer picture of the ballot before voting, this is the moment. Our speakers will break down the issues, answer questions, and help you feel fully prepared for November. It’s a fast‑moving election season — and this meeting will give you the grounding you need.

State Ballot Measures

Location: The Avalon, 6185 Arapahoe Road, Boulder

Date & Time: Wednesday, September 16, 5:30–7:00 PM (For September and October, the program will begin at 5:50 PM to allow sufficient time for each ballot measure.)

Snacks and beverages will be provided.

Please note: The walk‑in fee on the day of the meeting is $10 more than the pre‑registration fee.
