Every morning Kitty Edwards journals — not as a discipline, but as a lifeline.

This morning she wrote about grief within grief: what it means to lose someone slowly, while they are still beside you. Care partnering for her husband as he lived with dementia taught her that some of the deepest losses have no funeral.

Journaling gave her a way to hold what she couldn't yet say aloud. Research confirms what caregivers already know in their bodies. It reduces burnout, eases anxiety, and restores a measure of clarity.

If you are navigating loss or transition, come journal with Kitty down the River of Life.
