The CSRA is excited to announce one of our first two projects: Quality-based safety leading indicators (qSLI)! https://lnkd.in/d6hSKYW

The topic of leading indicators has been popular in the safety community for the last several years and good progress has been made in terms of measuring and tracking quantitative data. In this project, we will take a new look at leading indicators by focusing on the quality with which safety activities are performed. Our team will create quality standards for key safety activities (i.e., what does good look like?) and measure the extent to which assessments of quality predict performance. We hypothesize that the quality of safety activities defines capacity and is the primary determinant of success. Check out our 1-minute overview video.
