The NAMES Foundation will support veterans in getting tested for COVID-19. Starting Monday, 23rd March 2020, Everly Inc., has received FDA approval to make available to the public an "AT-HOME COVID-19" test kit for $135. Go to www.everlywell.com for the online screening and to request the kit if you qualify. The test kit supply is limited. If you are a veteran, the NAMES Foundation will cover the $135 cost of the COVID-19 test kit. To receive the support, please do the following before placing the test kit order: (1) Call 425-485-0574 to get a support CODE, (2) Text a copy of your military ID, (3) Email to [email protected] or text a copy of the test kit order confirmation from Everlywell Inc. with the support CODE in the subject heading. The order confirmation from Everlywell Inc. must have the name of the recipient as it appears on the military ID and the support CODE, (4) Call 425-485-0574 for other special arrangements to receive the support.
