Rent for a day or an evening event is $700.00 Rent typically starts at 10AM because that's the time I get there, and ends around 2AM the following morning. The place needs to be returned to the same as you found it so that the Sunday morning church services can commence at 10AM.
Saturdays are the most spoken for but most days are open except for Sunday church services and an occasional association meeting. However we may also accommodate Sundays after 2PM
We cannot hold a date without a deposit. If a renter shows up with a deposit, all other tentative renters are dropped off of the list for that date. Cash deposit is preferred but will take a check if necessary. No credit cards. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at time of signing to reserve our event day. Remaining balance is due 30 days before event. At this point the full amount is also non-refundable. In the unlikely event of cancellation for any reason, a future credit can be discussed but venue is not obligated to provide.
Damage deposit is $700.00. If you leave the hall and premises in good shape and undamaged, all of your garbage is disposed in outside garbage bin, the place cleaned up and the tables and chairs back where you found them, you get the entire $700.00 back.
Notice: We no longer allow confetti or glitter as it is impossible to clean up.
To prevent confusion, I also need the name of the renter and their phone number when inquiring and also the date you are seeking.. It becomes far too confusing if you use someone else's phone to inquire or to lease the hall. It also is confusing if the name you give me does not match the name that shows up on my phone when you call or message.
You will need to get a permit to serve alcohol. Apply at .lcb.wa.gov
We have a kitchen but it is not included in the rent. However, if you use the stove or other things in the kitchen, pleased clean it up for the next user. If we have to clean up after you, it will be deducted from your damage deposit.
