Su***de prevention is not solely a veteran issue. It is a community issue. MTK educates families, employers and community members to recognize the warning signs and provides resources and knowledge to help veterans in crisis.

Thank you to VA su***de prevention outreach worker, Melissa Vance for joining us this week to teach the VA S.A.V.E class. 6 community members were certified Tuesday!

Welcome Home... Join us tomorrow at the opening ceremony...

Tomorrow, our community will have the opportunity to offer a welcome home that is more than 50 years in the making.

Thursday, June 4, 2026
πŸ•š 11:00 a.m.
πŸ“ White County 4-H Fairgrounds, Reynolds, Indiana

This special ceremony will include the reading of the names of service members from White County and surrounding counties whose names are engraved on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

For many Vietnam veterans, the journey home from service was not met with the appreciation and recognition they deserved. Tomorrow, we have the opportunity to change that. Together, we will honor those who served, remember those who never returned, and ensure their sacrifices are never forgotten.

We invite veterans, families, and community members of all ages to join us for this powerful moment of remembrance, gratitude, and healing.

June is PTSD awareness month. PTSD is an invisible wounds that many Veterans carry long after their service ends. This June, MTK Restoring Hope is raising awareness and reminding Veterans that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Through peer support, outreach, and crisis intervention, we are committed to one mission:
Leaving No Veteran Behind.

Do your buddy checks. And know that help is always one phone call away. Connection is a critical component to healing.
Honoring Service. Restoring Hope.
