On Sunday September 20th Cruise22 held its first fundraiser and honored the late Spc. Frederick “Mac” Maguire who tragically lost his life on February 8, 2015 to the invisible battlefield that many of the first responders and veterans face everyday. Honoring his memory was his son cody who bravely delivered one of the most powerful speeches we have heard as Cruise22. This night lasted hours after the speech when everyone got to know Cody on a personal level and enjoyed our very mission focuses, camaraderie and cars! We were extremely grateful for all of those that showed up to support our mission for the first year and we are excited for the road ahead. We pledged our fundraising efforts to On-Site Academy, an organization that focuses on mental health treatments for first responders and veterans. Our team at Cruise22 was extremely happy to see everyone enjoy music by Vinnie Melo and food catered by Melt. Our amazing photographer Marcela Alves captured our amazing moments and cars!

What an amazing way to end the 2026 year with Cruise22 !!
First and foremost I want to thank everyone who helped make this possible. Thank you to Maristela Rapo at Maristela Rapo for inviting us to her home and allowing us to celebrate our first annual fundraiser. Our partnership is going to make endless memories for high school kids while making an impact on the first responder & veteran community. Amazing cocktails and refreshments by BostonBar and Catering events , this was also strongly supported by Lenny’s Liquors in Millbury with their generous donation! The food was delicious and catered by The Melt Truck!! The music was absolutely 🔥🔥 and kept the partying going till way past the end time and that was thanks to Vinnie Melo !! Lastly, we were extremely honored to have dedicated this fundraiser to our beloved friend, and comrade “Mac” who tragically lost his life on Feb 8, 2015. A truly special thanks to cody for having the courage to speak on his dad’s memories. Cody was extremely brave and shared his dad’s flag with us during his speech. It was such a honor to have a piece of Mac back with us for this special occasion, and to see and hug Cody again.
All proceeds raised during this event will be donated to On Site Academy in Westminster. An amazing organization that allows for veterans and first responders to seek help for their traumas and PTSD.
From the entire Cruise22 team, thank you ALL that came and made this night special, we oversold this event and were honored that we made such special connections in short amount of time. Till 2027!

Cruise22 is more than cars. It’s about community, connection, and purpose.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of our veterans, first responders, and their families.

So why cars?

Because sometimes the best conversations happen when people simply come together over something they love. Our cruises create an environment where friendships are built, stories are shared, and people from all walks of life connect, more importantly without pressure and without judgment.

The “22” in our name is a reminder of the veteran and first responder su***de crisis and why continuing the conversation around mental health matters.

We cruise to raise awareness.
We cruise to support those who serve.
We cruise to bring people together.

CRUISE22 HELPED THIS VETERAN PURCHASE A CAR!

When our beloved brother in arms reached out, we could not say no! This continues with our motto of “cruising with a purpose”.

Thanks for our friend Gary Gary Jackson Motors we were able to put Retired Staff Sergeant Jason Chin in this amazing vehicle.

Jason has told us on numerous occasions that driving is also his therapy. We can’t wait to see him at our next Cruise!

There is a unique strength in the bond forged through service, a brotherhood that truly cannot be explained to anyone who hasn’t walked in those boots. You four represent the absolute best of what that bond means. When you say you are there for a fellow veteran or anyone in need, you don’t just speak the words you live them out through direct, life changing actions.
I cannot thank you enough for helping me acquire this car. To the outside world, it might look like just a vehicle but to me it is absolute peace of mind. It takes an overwhelming weight off my shoulders. No longer having to rely on others just to make it to my treatments it also restores a level of independence and relief that is hard to put into words.

What you guys are building with Cruise 22 is so much bigger than car meets or cruises. By showing up for guys like me in practical, tangible ways, you are proving that changing that ‘22’ statistic isn’t just a slogan but a live-saving mission driven by genuine love and brotherhood. $1,500 RAISED FOR GWENDY ZEYA!!
This is what we mean when we cruise with a purpose!

On August 2nd, the Cruise22 family hit the road for an incredible day of cars, community, and purpose! We are proud to announce that together, we raised $1,500 to support Gwendy Zeya as she prepares to take on the 2026 BMW Berlin Marathon in support of Home Base!

Our drivers started the morning in Deerfield before heading out on an incredible 155 mile cruise through Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont, taking in some amazing roads and scenery along the way.

We finished the day together at The Farm Table in Bernardston, where everyone had a chance to grab some food, talk cars, share some laughs, and enjoy the kind of camaraderie that makes these events so special.

Gwendy’s commitment to running the Berlin Marathon in support of Home Base and their work with veterans, service members, and their families is exactly the kind of mission we are proud to stand behind.

Because of everyone who registered, donated, participated, and supported this cruise, Cruise22 was proud to donate $1,500 toward Gwendy’s marathon fundraiser, which exceeded helped her crush her goal!!

And to our drivers and supporters, I can’t THANK YOU enough!! Every event attended, and every dollar raised helps us continue using the car community to bring people together and support those who have served.

At , our mission has always been bigger than the cars. We use the car community to raise awareness and support for the mental health and well-being of veterans, first responders, and their families. This time we found another meaningful way to give back to communities in need.

That mission aligned perfectly with , an incredible organization dedicated to helping underprivileged students experience the confidence, joy, and unforgettable memories that every young person deserves on prom night.

Together, we were able to bridge two worlds through one powerful experience.

Members of the community proudly volunteered their time and vehicles to provide students with unforgettable rides to prom in some of the world’s most exciting supercars and exotic vehicles. For many of these students, this was more than just a ride,
it was a moment of recognition, celebration, and confidence that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

From the smiles, to the reactions, to the energy surrounding these arrivals, this partnership reminded us that sometimes the smallest gestures create the biggest impact.

This is what community is about.
This is what giving back looks like.
And this is what happens when passion meets purpose.

Our cruise was a huge success thanks to our supporters! The rain didn’t hold off our drivers from showing up and enjoying themselves. We ended the day at where we shared stories and listened to live music. Thank you all!
