No one ride is central. No one ride holds authority in a city/ state.
No permission is needed to be given from one ride to another.
World Naked Bike Ride is grassroots, from the bottom up. There is no official organization that flows from the top down.
There is no official organization that needs to approve chapters.
Many states and cities around the world that have had World Naked Bike Rides have often seen change in group organizing and leadership.
Unfortunately, there are rides like World Naked Bike Ride, Los Angeles that believe they are the end all/be all.

They use circular logic, which is not actually logic, but is fallacious.
They are either incapable or unwilling to hold serious & civil conversations.
They act in bad faith.
