Powerful Pathways Powerful Pathways Consulting is a public interest consulting practice that blends policy development, urban planning and social impact design principles.

Powerful Pathways is an award-winning civic design lab and public interest consultancy that facilitates community planning, policy research, and placemaking using arts, design thinking, creative interventions and media tools. We fill the gaps with our services to businesses, non-profit, public and design agencies to advance innovative solutions that drive economic, environmental and social change.

We want to wish everyone a healthy and happy New Year!

And to kick things off already, we are thrilled to announce THE BUILDING BLOCKS, a new podcast we are launching co-hosted by our founder Allentza Michel and Dr. Julian Agyeman!

This new podcast will cover fresh takes on all things urbanism, design and social justice, coming to you in February 2026. We'll be featuring fun segments, guest speakers and even a few audience interaction components!
