Our mission is to bring easy and accessible support for families of the missing.

We aim to provide free support to missing person cases through search & rescue, SAR/HRD K9s, private investigating, media services and advocacy.

Today is Kevin Highfield’s birthday. Kevin is one of the inspirations for Murphy’s Mission for the Missing. Kevin was a close family friend, documentary filmmaker, lover of the ocean, and a world traveler. I released my first documentary 4 months before Kevin went missing. He knew about the project and gave me great advice. Kevin went missing on St. Thomas, USVI. At the time, St. Thomas had no SAR K9s or HRD K9s which meant a very large expense to bring them from the main land. His family was quoted $28,000. I believe no family should ever be put in a situation where money stands between them and finding their loved one. Thankfully after crowdfunding on GoFundMe, Kevin’s family was able to raise the funds needed and flew dogs out days later. Human Remain Detection K9s found Kevin within 15 minutes of arrival. Today and everyday, we miss Kevin, stand with his family, and fight for justice for all missing people.
