Silas' Saga

We are here to give a glimpse into our journey raising our amazing son Silas. Let me start off by saying, our warrior Silas has the most contagious laugh, brightest smile, and funniest little personalty. astic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy and a host of other secondary diagnosis. We love to share Silas' journey to help create awareness for differently abled children. We love to show the positive and happy moments, as well as the hard and emotional moments. We try to be as transparent as we can for new followers who might stumble upon our page after receiving their child's diagnosis and trying to find anything to grasp onto to help them understand the world they are entering into and know they are not alone. We share our journey for caregivers, parents, grandparents, educators and community members. We hope that after meeting Silas and following along you can better understand his world and see just how alike and ABLE he is, just like everyone else! We hope that if you see someone in your community who is differently abled, that you will feel the courage to come say Hi, use compassion, ask questions, and interact. Everyone is different, and everyone is worthy, and Silas reminds us of this everyday!
