I'm a Bostonian transplant living in New Hampshire. I do this work partially for charity and partially as a retirement hobby. My first love is painting Boston landmarks, especially Dorchester, where I grew up. My second love is refurbishing furniture headed for the landfill. I give ugly/junky furniture a new lease on life for very reasonable prices. I will also custom paint a piece of furniture to

your specifications. You supply the piece, choose the colors and hardware, and I'll paint it! Send me a private message for information. SELLER POLICY:
All sales are final. I do not provide refunds. The amount I charge for my work is negligible compared to what pieces cost in a consignment store. However, if the item you purchased has an issue, I will fix it at no charge. Life happens! Pets, kids, vacuum cleaners, can ding-up furniture. If that happens, I will repair small dings for free if I still have the paint. I mix a lot of my own colors, so I may or may more in stock. This is why I give every furniture customer a container of touch-up paint to take home with the item, so you can touch-up any scratches you incur down the road. Even on the ride home, you might bump the piece! If you do, you can touch it up yourself.

Sometimes the right piece just finds the right person.
Client is in transition and needed hope in her fresh start. She had purchased a nightstand from me (last photo) and wished for a matching dresser. When I found this outdated bombe chest with a faux-marble top, I knew exactly who it was meant for. I cleaned it up and refinished it with a wood top, painted it in softer contemporary tones, gave it fresh hardware—and passed it along to her. Seeing it go to someone in need who "never owned a nice thing" in her life was the best part.
