Honoring our brother Randy Cowan, keynote speaker for the 2023 096 Prison Chaplaincy Ministry Banquet, who fought a courageous battle with cancer and has now received his eternal crown in the presence of the Lord. A lifelong member of the Spiritual Locker Room discipleship ministry, he was a fearless voice for the incarcerated and a faithful disciple-maker, reminding us that no soul is forgotten by God. Today, we surround his faithful wife, Wanda, and their family with love and prayers, giving all glory to the God he loved and served so faithfully.
