Members help bring spiritual care and reentry support to men at the Unit. Completing the application process earns your NCDPS Blue Card for facility access.

Help Us Bring Joy to 267 Men at Rutherford Correctional Center This Fall! 🍁🍬

At 096 Prison Chaplaincy Ministry, we believe simple acts of kindness open doors for hope, connection, and spiritual growth. This autumn, we are partnering with the Rutherford Correctional Center for their upcoming Fall Festival, and we need our community’s help!

We are collecting donations of individually wrapped candy to serve all 267 residents at the facility.

How You Can Help:
📍 Drop-off Location: Rutherford Correctional Center

🗓️ Deadline: Saturday, October 24

🗣️ Important: When dropping off, please inform the staff that your donation is for the Fall Festival "program."

We’re preparing for a special Independence Day outreach at the prison on July 3rd with our “Watermelon Blast” through 096 Prison Chaplaincy Ministry. Our goal is to provide 50 watermelons to bless and encourage the men we serve.

Churches and partners can help by donating through our giving link or by providing actual watermelons (drop-off details coming soon).
