Last minute, but we will have the Turf Room from 11:00-12:30 tomorrow (Saturday). Anyone is welcome to come within the grades of 3rd - 8th. We will all go at the same time instead of two sessions.

UPDATE - workout today will be at the TCY complex, south field, instead of the turf room.

We will be hosting open baseball workouts on Sunday, 2/8 at the South Field at the TCY complex. We will have two different groups:

3rd-5th grade: 1:00-2:30
6th-8th grade: 2:30-4:00.

Anyone within those age groups wanting to get some work in on baseball is welcome!

No workouts for today, 1/25. We’ll update soon when we’ll have the next opportunity.

UPDATE - workout for Sunday, 1/25 is canceled. We will post soon for when we can get another one in.

🐾❤️ Board Appreciation Spotlight: Keegan Neill ❤️🐾

Keegan Neill grew up in Canyon, Texas, and earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from West Texas A&M University in 2010, where he also met his wife, Blair. Married since 2011, they are raising four children who all attend Borger ISD, ranging from kindergarten through 7th grade during the 2025–26 school year.
Keegan and Blair have been active members of Faith Covenant Church since 2013, where they currently serve as volunteer youth leaders. Both are passionate about investing in the next generation and enjoy coaching youth sports.
Keegan serves as the Maintenance Manager for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company’s Borger Plant, following 12 years at the Phillips 66 Borger Refinery. Blair is the Executive Director of Hutchinson County United Way.
As a Borger ISD trustee, Keegan brings a strong commitment to student success and community growth. He believes the future of Borger begins with investing in our students and youth, and Borger ISD is grateful for his dedication to helping our schools and community thrive.

🐾❤️ Board Appreciation Spotlight: Devon Thompson ❤️🐾

Devon Thompson grew up in Fritch and graduated in 2003 before earning his bachelor’s degree in science from Oklahoma Baptist University. In 2008, he and his wife, Kara, returned to the Borger community, where they are now raising their three children, who attend Borger ISD.
Devon works for Phillips 66, and Kara serves Borger ISD as a diagnostician. They are active members of First Baptist Church, where Devon serves as a deacon and previously chaired the finance committee for five years. Both are dedicated volunteers in the church’s children and youth ministries.
A strong supporter of students and educators, Devon enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his family. As a Borger ISD trustee, he is committed to supporting teachers, coaches, and staff by helping provide the tools needed to prepare students for success in school and in life.
Borger ISD is grateful for Devon’s service, leadership, and heart for our students, schools, and community.
