Mount Moriah had the honor of participating in another Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Bordentown Veteran's Memorial on Cemetery Road. When grilling burgers and hot dogs, it's very important to take a moment and remember the solemn reason why we are free to enjoy today. It is important to take time to remember the brave men and women throughout the history of our country who fought so we could enjoy this privilege and who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Today, our journey took us to the hallowed grounds of Gettysburg—a place where the echoes of courage, sacrifice, and unity still linger in the air.

As Brothers, we walked where heroes once stood, reflecting not only on the battles fought but on the enduring principles of brotherhood, freedom, and service that guide us as Freemasons.

In honoring the past, we reaffirm our commitment to building a better future—together, in light and in unity.

Mark your calendars and save the date! This year, we are excited to host our first-ever Easter Egg Hunt collaboration with Woodlin Lodge #30, Princess Leah Chapter #23, Mt. Moriah Lodge #28, Christ Church Parish (Bordentown), and Shiloh Baptist Church (Bordentown). After many late-night Zoom calls and planning, we are expecting a fantastic turnout!

⏰ Start Time: Noon

🐣 Egg Hunt Schedule:
🥚 Ages 0-6: 12:30 PM
🥚 Ages 7-12: 1:30 PM
🥚 Ages 13+: 2:30pm

📍 LOCATION:
We are working to secure Second Street Park in Bordentown City (awaiting final approval). If needed, our backup location will be Christ Church on Prince Street. Stay tuned for confirmation!

This event is about more than just candy-filled eggs—it’s about celebrating the true meaning of Easter, Jesus Christ. We will have prayers, reflections, and a message about the real reason for the season.
