- Fruit (bananas, apples, oranges) — enough for 7 days
- Juice — 6 large jugs

Lunchmeat — 12 lbs
- Cheese slices — 5 lbs Peanutbutter& jelly — 2 large jars each
- Chips — 10 large bags
- Canned soup — 30 cans
- Crackers — 6 large boxes
- Fresh veggies — lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers for sandwiches
Bottled water — 4 cases

Dinner Supplies
Ground beef or turkey — 20 lbs
- Chicken — 20 lbs
- Pasta — 10 lbs
- Pasta sauce — 12 jars
- Rice — 10 lbs
- Beans — 20 cans
- Canned vegetables — 40 cans
- Potatoes — 20 lbs
- Cornbreadmix — 6 boxes
- Seasonings — salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
