And they’re off! Our group of teen campers and their leaders are headed to camp!

We pray for protection, physically and spiritually! And pray that the Holy Spirit ignites a flame within them for their return home!

And a special “Thank you” to the amazing local family who donated their bus for us to travel in, you are so loved and appreciated! ❤️

“We need to create a culture that identifies the church, not as a cruise ship but as a warship and the mission is to make the devil homeless.

The devil will have no foothold in this church, the devil will have no foothold in your home, the devil will have no foothold in our schools, the devil will have no foothold in our streets and in our communities…why? Because when the culture of the church is so bright with the light of Jesus, that darkness cannot hide.

We are trying to create a home church culture. Where finally people come home. When the podcasts aren’t working, when the YouTube sermons aren’t working, when the feeling that you don’t need a church stops working. The home church is still here and the porch light is always on.

It is our responsibility to create and establish this Jesus culture back to the home church and back to the community so that the dirty can be made clean, so that the sick can be healed, so that the lost can be found, so that the spiritually thirsty can drink the living water. Come home.”

What a powerful and spirit filled service today. Recognizing Pastor Mel and his long legacy of faithful service as well as installing Pastor Jordan as our new Senior Pastor.

God is so good and we are so grateful that the Spirit is moving in this church!!

“As Paul is on his way to Rome, the multi-day, hurricane-like storm he was facing was not a normal storm.

You are going to go through storms…Jesus himself went through storms. Paul went through storms, Peter went through storms, the disciples went through storms, Jonah went through storms, the Bible is clear, you are going to face storms in your life. The question isn’t how strong is the storm, the question is how spiritually strong are you?

I want you to look at this storm a little differently…I believe this storm was a battle between good and evil.

God was sending Paul to Rome on a mission to speak the name of Jesus to Caesar, And the devil was trying everything he could to stop him….why? Watch this….

Because the devil knew that if he allowed the Gospel of Jesus to spread to gentile ears in Rome, that he would NEVER be able to stop the spread of the gospel again. Once the Gospel of Jesus hit Rome, it spread like a wildfire.

The devil had to try everything he could to stop Paul from reaching Rome, so he sent a multi-day hurricane storm to sink the ship to cause chaos and confusion, to cause fear. But Paul knew. Paul listened to God’s words. My question to you is this…are you listening to God’s word or are you listening to the storm around you?”
