You may have noticed that one of the horses on the carousel this year was reversed with a wreath, photo and a short story in Memory of the life of Peggy Nelson.

Peggy along with her husband Craig came to Boonsboro for so many years as part of the Reithoffer Shows extended family.

Hey just wanted to put a review if anyone is hesitant to go.. it is an incredible fair! I had low hopes unfortunately since the only other fair I go to is the Frederick fair.. but this is honestly incredible! Not crowded for being the first day open, lines are short and move fast.. VERY family oriented, and food is honestly really great! (Support the boonsboro EMS 🙏) all in all a really great fair especially for the price. Will be coming back again before you guys get out of town! (Mega drop is scary if you’ve never done a drop tower.. taller then you think!)
