Spay/Neuter Is a Positive Solution (SNIPS) is the 35+ volunteer spay/neuter committee of Watauga Humane Society. For over 15 years, SNIPS committee members have engaged in a mission to keep community animals from becoming shelter animals! SNIPS is 100% funded by craft sales, plant sales, restaurant fundraisers, private donors, and grants. All funds raised support low-cost spay/neuter services for
