Camp Gray Rock Camp Gray Rock is an overnight summer camp for girls and boys located in Foscoe, NC. Camp Gray Rock provides a total package of FUN!

Lots of awards handed out tonight and we won’t ruin the surprise of who got Honor Cabin! The rain canceled our bonfire but not our traditional s’mores dessert.

Thanks to spring work on our trail behind the chapel, and a dry day, the boys were able to enjoy a walk yesterday. Everyone is at their own camp pace, even at the archery range but we had some cool kids willing to pose for their mamas! Tomorrow is tubing day!

Kicked off our Sunday night with our camp meeting before the slip n slide, four square and Gaga ball! It’s a sunny day today even if the weather says we may get some rain. Swim tests this morning with some free swim time and refueling with lunch! Afternoon awaits!

If you arrive early please be mindful of our church neighbors trying to exit the shared driveway.

Campers must be checked in by an adult before unloading and moving in. We have board members to help with heavy lifting once you get unloaded. Please stay parked in a parking space. 🚙
Lastly, the car ride up is another time to remind them we are tech free this week and that they’ll be so busy here they won’t miss Insta or their Snap streak. We are not inaccessible if you need us. 📞

Introducing Davis!

Davis is from Clayton, NC and attends UNC-Wilmington! This is his 10th year at camp, and 2nd as a counselor. He loves to play pool and gaga ball. His favorite late night snack is chocolate chip banana muffins. He’s looking forward to meeting everyone!

One more day until we kick off Boys Week!!!

Meet one of your counselors - Bruce!
Bruce is living in Wilmington, NC after spending many summer weeks at Camp Gray Rock, sometimes traveling from as far away as Oklahoma! He balances school, working at Chick fil A and volunteering! He’s been going to camp for almost 10 years, and claims to have a better record of Cabin Caper awards than Davis, so watch out! His favorite late night snack is peanut butter MNMs.

Dear Week 2 Families,

Unfortunately, due to a recent staff emergency creating unforeseen staff shortages, Week 2 camp for girls is closed.
Week 2 families are receiving an update via email and phone this evening through tomorrow morning with more information. We are disappointed that we won't be able to see new and familiar faces this coming week but are hopeful our camp season will resume shortly.
