Join us September 11th for Windbreak School!

Location: 1321 X Ave., Grand Junction, IA

Windbreak School and the included lunch is provided at no cost thanks to generous support from Boone and Greene County Soil and Water Conservation Districts.

A half-day, in-field, one-stop program for farmers, landowners, and natural resource professionals. Learn from key experts including ISU Extension, diagnostic specialists, IDNR foresters, NRCS staff, the Coalition to Support Iowa’s Farmers, and Iowa farmers.

Participants will gain practical knowledge on how to plan, implement, maintain, and renovate resilient windbreaks.

It's also the first day of the 2026 Greene County Fair!
