Pierce County Public Works Marty Ereth Construction of a 1.03 acre (44,867 sq. ft.) stormwater retention pond with 4.02 acre-feet of active storage on a county owned 2.3 acre parcel in the Fir Ridge Development (formerly Wembley Park) at Bonney Lake. No fill or excavation is proposed within the existing wetland. A small palustrine forested Category III wetland of 0.31 acres is in the southwest portion of the parcel. A new wetland is proposed in the northern portion of the stormwater pond, enhanced with wildlife snags, and habitat logs and boulder piles. A Type 1 modified field fence will surround the site to provide opportunities for in and out wildlife movement, while preventing human access for public safety. The site is in a Moderate Density Single Family (MSF) zoning classification, located at 11118 ␣ 209th Ave. E., corner of 112th St. E. and 206th Ave. Ct. E., in Council District #1.
