The following letter was provided to the HOA Board on June 28, 2012 Copies will be delivered to homeowners this weekend.

Dear Homeowner,

This letter is to notify you of my resignation as the President of the Cedar Ridge Homeowners Association effective August 1, 2012. My resignation is for no reason other than that I have accepted a temporary work assignment in Ankara Turkey beginning in September in support of my job at Boeing. My family will remain here in our neighborhood and I will have the opportunity to come home and visit occasionally.

First and foremost I want to thank Joanie Davey and Cris Entrop for all of their hard work this year and the support they have shown me.

As a result of my resignation, the board will now consist of a Secretary and a Treasurer only. Due to this, my final suggestion to Joanie and Cris as President is for them to meet once a month at their convenience to open the mail, pay the bills and make deposits for receivables. I have suggested that all other activities to include Event Planning, Quarterly HOA Meetings, Monthly Board Meetings, Compliance Complaints from Homeowners, and Quarterly Newsletters be tabled until a full board is seated. However, this is only a suggestion, they will be making the final decision.

I’m sure you would agree that it is not the responsibility of two homeowners to work all of these issues.

If you are interested in becoming a board member, please feel free to contact me prior to August 1st or either Joanie or Cris at any time to discuss.

Please see the note on the public hearing posted below. They will be digging up 205th Ave Ct East from what we've been told. Be aware of what is going on...although it is listed as impacting FIR RIDGE, it will impact CEDAR RIDGE as well.

No fill or excavation is proposed within the existing wetland. A small palustrine forested Category III wetland of 0.31 acres is in the southwest portion of the parcel. ***Safe Streets Alert*** Sorry for the delay but with power outages I just received this message. On Tuesday, January 17th Shannon King reported a large print in her yard that did not appear to be that of a domestic animal. Please keep an eye out for any suspicious animals and report them to the proper authority. Also, please be sure to remind your children waiting for the bus to be aware of their surroundings.
