We successfully filled and collected two buses of used clothing that the Lions Club could not utilize for children, and delivered it to a clothing recycler. The funds generated will aid the Senior Center and Lions 4 Kids house. We express our gratitude to the Bonney Lake community for their contributions!

Yesterday, we received sad news that we lost a dear friend, John West, beloved husband of Kathy West. John peacefully passed away in his sleep on Monday, leaving behind a void that will be keenly felt by his family, friends and Bonney Lake Lions. His infectious laughter, unwavering support at Bonney Lake Lions events and work parties, and his longstanding dedication as a loyal member of the Lions Club in both Bonney Lake and University Place will be dearly missed. It is with great sadness that those who knew John are left without him.

Thank you, Bonney Lake, for all your clothing donations to The Lions Club, Bonne Lake Senior Center, Blessings Movement, and Kiwanis.
The clothing we can't use at The Lions 4 Kids House clothes is taken to Lacey for recycling. We all get paid by the pound putting the money back into the community. We loaded two busses full of clothes!

The Lions Club members had a great time serving Christmas meals at the Senior Center yesterday and today!! Santa was even there!
