We recently celebrated Alicia Miles receiving her Paul Harris Fellow recognition and being honored by the District Governor for 20 years of extraordinary service to Thousand Smiles Foundation | Fundación Mil Sonrisas.

The Paul Harris Fellow award is Rotary International’s highest honor, established in 1957 to recognize those who truly live the Rotary motto Service Above Self. It celebrates individuals who make a lasting impact through generosity, leadership, and unwavering commitment to their communities.

For two decades, Alicia has embodied that spirit through her tireless dedication to Thousand Smiles, changing lives one smile at a time. This recognition is so well deserved and we are endlessly grateful for her heart, her leadership, and her belief in what service can do.
