The Mimosa Open on Sunday looked like a fantastic time: congratulations to The Addingtons and the Starrs on their win! ⛳️🥇

The golf format featured a 1 best ball minimum, making for some fun and competitive play. Members enjoyed a delicious lunch that included a summer strawberry salad, pan-roasted chicken, and dill-crusted salmon, complemented by a variety of tasty sides and finished off with a rich chocolate torte for dessert.

And of course, plenty of mimosas were enjoyed throughout the day! 🍊🥂

We’re so proud of our CCF for making a real difference in the community. Way to go Copperleaf Members and especially our volunteers.

The Copperleaf Charitable Foundation donated $65,000 for our clinical, wellness, education and peer support services for Veterans, Military Families and Families of the Fallen.

They fundraise throughout the year through a variety of activities including an appreciation golf tournament at Copperleaf Golf Club and an annual appeal to its members. In addition, they help support the wellness of Veterans in our programs by offering opportunities to learn and play golf on their beautiful course. The fundraising year culminates in a grant to support specific, critical needs in the region.

Over the last ten years, Copperleaf has contributed $287,500 to the Home Base Florida mission.

Our Food & Beverage Department held a productive meeting yesterday morning led by F&B Director Alex Satizabal. The team covered financials, the summer event calendar, reciprocal dining, the upcoming ACF Dinner, and planning ahead for the H2B program. Lots of exciting things ahead and great momentum for the months to come!

Twenty Copperleaf members enjoyed a hands-on charcuterie class led by our very own Executive Chef, Justin Hornyak. They crafted beautiful spreads while learning expert techniques, and the highlight of the day was taking home their custom leaf-shaped charcuterie boards, crafted by fellow member Rick Roman. 🍇🫒🫐🧀🌼🌸
