🎉 Thank you for another amazing Summerfest!

The Bondurant Men’s Club would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Summerfest with us this year. It was great to see the Bondurant community come together for two incredible nights!

🎉 Summerfest continues tonight - and there’s still plenty of fun left!

Be sure to stop by The Station for the silent auction and raffle. It’s also a great place to cool off and take a break in the air conditioning.

Silent Auction tables close tonight at the following times:
- Red table closes at 7:00 PM
- White table closes at 7:30 PM
- Blue table closes at 8:00 PM
- Yellow table closes at 8:30 PM
- Green table closes at 9:00 PM

You can find the color of each table on the individual table information sheets.

🎟️ The raffle begins at 8:30 PM at The Station.

And don’t forget tonight also features a closing musical performance by Jordan Beem, followed by the Summerfest fireworks display at 10:00 PM!

Bring the family, enjoy the final night of Summerfest, and help us close out the celebration with a great night in Bondurant!

Looking for a great place to cool off during Summerfest? Come see The Station, enjoy some air conditioning, and check out all of the great raffle and silent auction items available this year.

🎉 Summerfest starts soon and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

The Summerfest Parade kicks off tonight at 6:00 PM, and we’ll have two nights of community fun with carnival rides, food, drinks, games, raffle, silent auction, entertainment, and more.

Be sure to check out the parade route and full event schedule graphics so you know where to go and what’s happening.

🎟️ Carnival Wristband Voucher Reminder:
- Vouchers are available at BrickHouse Fitness until 5:00 PM today
- The Bondurant Men’s Club will also be selling vouchers ahead of the parade - cash or Venmo only
- Vouchers are $20 before the parade
- Wristbands will be $30 if purchased directly from the carnival

🎡 Carnival Reminders:
- There is no admission cost to get into Summerfest!
- Food, drinks, rides, games, raffle tickets, and other items will be available for purchase
- Ride height restrictions are set by the carnival and may vary by ride, but there will be a good mix of rides for all ages

🎟️ Raffle + Silent Auction:
The raffle and silent auction begin tonight, so be sure to stop by and check them out!

🚗 Parking:
- Handicap parking will be available on the west side of City Park
- Primary parking is available along nearby streets or at Bondurant-Farrar Intermediate School

🎉 Summerfest begins tomorrow!

We’re excited to kick off Summerfest 2026 on Monday, June 8 with the Parade at 6:00 PM.

🚗 Parade Route:
The parade will travel south on Grant Street, starting from the North Junior High parking lot and ending at Morris/Anderson Elementary on 6th Street.

Parade begins promptly at 6:00 PM.

📣 Parade Staging:
- Staging begins at 4:45 PM
- All parade entries should meet at the north Junior High entrance
- Event staff will direct participants where to line up
- No parade entries are allowed through the south entrance
- No registration is required!

⚾ Parking Reminder:
Due to home baseball and softball games, there will be NO parade parking in the primary south parking lot.

If you are dropping off parade participants, please use the middle lot entrance and follow the designated route on the staging map to exit the parking lot.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we work to keep staging organized and avoid interfering with spectator parking for baseball and softball.

Summerfest is almost here! Check out the site map to see where everything will be located, including carnival rides, entertainment, parking areas, and more.

🚗 Parking Information:
- Street parking is available near the Summerfest area
- Additional parking will be available at Bondurant-Farrar Intermediate School
- Handicap parking will be available on Main Street on the west side of City Park

🚑 Bondurant EMS will be set up on the west side of The Station for anyone needing assistance during Summerfest.

🎟️ Carnival Wristband Voucher Reminder:
Wristband vouchers are still available for purchase at BrickHouse Fitness until Monday, June 8 at 5:00 PM.

Can’t make it before then? The Bondurant Men’s Club will also be selling vouchers along the parade route.

📣 Summerfest Parade Staging Info

The Summerfest Parade kicks off Monday, June 8 at 6:00 PM, with staging beginning at 4:45 PM.

Parade participants, please review the staging information below and follow the accompanying map.

🚗 Parade Entries:
- All parade entries should meet at the north Junior High entrance
- Event staff will direct you where to line up
- No parade entries are allowed through the south entrance
- No registration is required - just show up and enjoy the fun!

⚾ Parking Note:
Due to home baseball and softball games on Monday night, there will be NO parade parking in the primary south parking lot and middle lot.

Please help us keep these areas available for baseball and softball spectators!

👥 Participant Drop-Off:
- If you are dropping off parade participants, please use the middle lot entrance
Follow the designated route shown in blue on the map to exit the parking lot

🚛 Larger Trailers:
- If possible, larger trailers that need to unload can do so at the elementary school and then drive up to the Junior High entrance for staging.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation with the staging and parking setup so we can keep traffic moving and avoid interfering with spectator parking for baseball and softball.

🎉 Summerfest Night Two is packed with entertainment!

Join us Tuesday, June 9 for the final night of Summerfest fun, featuring not one, but TWO musical acts on the Summerfest Stage before we close out the night with FIREWORKS.

Tuesday night will feature:
- Carnival rides starting at 6:00 PM
- Raffle and silent auction - final night to get your bids in!
- Fiberglass band on the Summerfest Stage at 6:30 PM
- Kids tractor pull
- Rock climbing wall
- Performance from East Coast Tae Kwon Do
- Closing musical performance by Jordan Beem from 8-10 PM (https://www.facebook.com/events/945485594873211/)
- Fireworks display at 10 PM
