We have spoken with the country club, and we can add a second tee time!

We currently have 10 team spots available for the 9am tee time and 6 for the 1pm tee time!

On the events we create, we have people that comment on all of the posts and claim to be taking vendor spots. Last year we had a food truck show up to Battle of the Bands that was scammed by someone else who took their money. I delete the comments and block the people, but they just keep coming with different profiles. Does anyone know how I stop this from happening?

We are looking for a sound company for Battle of the Bands this year. The date is June 20th!

We had one verbally booked, but they backed out last week and now everyone we have tried is also booked.

We are closing in on our 12th team for the Ashley Carpenter Classic Softball Tournament that is on September 27th!

We were able to open up a 5th field to allow for another 4 teams. Deadline to sign up is Sunday, September 21st.

We were able to raise an amazing $11,408.96 at the Mary Bump Softball Tournament on Sunday to donate to Cans For Cancer!

Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to help make this event a giant success!
