The activity the kids wanted to do the most was fish, so we let them have most of the afternoon to hang out by the lake and do just that!

They also asked to plant a tree, so Sunday morning after breakfast, they planted a tree! We will have to check it often and watch it grow! Thank you Indian Lake for allowing the Scouts to do these activities!

I had such an amazing time watching the scouts learn new skills out in nature today. We spent the day picking up important tips on how to Leave No Trace while exploring. It was so cool to see everyone practicing the six essentials to stay safe and prepared. Working together as a team really made our group bond even stronger than before. I am honestly so proud of how much effort everyone put into our outdoor adventure! Can’t wait for our next trip out to the 🏕️ to keep practicing these lessons.

I am still buzzing from such an incredible recruitment night earlier this evening! A massive shout-out goes to everyone who jumped in to help set up and manage all the stations. I truly could not have pulled this off without your amazing energy and hard work. Watching the team come together to tear everything down so quickly was the perfect way to wrap up the event. It is always so rewarding to see our community grow and connect with new faces 🤝. Thanks again for making this night a total success in our local hub 📍!
